The all-new pre-conference app will be launched in early August giving attendees plenty of time to make plans to see you. This app is available to download on your mobile device or computer. Everyone will be downloading the new app to stay up-to-date with the conference agenda, to manage their schedules and research companies. This is a great way to get seen as job-seekers plan a 3-day event they won’t forget.

Attendees can easily connect with your company by tapping on your banner ad through to your website or another destination within the app, such as your exhibit listing with its contact info, documents, and more.

Artwork must be submitted in all of the following sizes:

Enhanced Exhibitor Listings

Want to increase your presence without hurting your pockets? Enhanced exhibitor listings are the perfect way to add big time exposure as attendees begin to plan. Enhance your standard exhibitor listing by adding a compelling list of features that would make anyone turn their head. With so many companies to browse through, make sure you’re bold enough to stand out from the rest. Then when they come, tell them why you’re the best.

• Post brochures, flyers or handouts

Ad submission requirements:
• Company name
• Company logo (300 x 300 pixels): We accept JPG format. Maximum file size 100KB. 72 dpi or higher.
• Information brochure (optional): We accept PDF format. Maximum file size 10MB
• Company description: 300 words max. This is strictly textual information about your company. You can include your company’s mission statement or a description of the products and services you offer. No graphics are allowed in this section. All text should be provided to us in a Word document that allows us to cut and paste your description to your order. We accept TXT or DOC format. No styling outside bold, italic and underline. Hyperlinks are allowed.
• Website activation: please provide us with the website, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn URLs to which your listing should link. Your website will be listed along with your contact information and link directly to those pages. 
• Additional Image (300 x 300 pixels) can be the recruiter, your company or other image of your choice. 

Push Notifications

Push notifications help your company instantly reach attendees with important information, alerts, updates, and more. Use push notifications to send alerts and reminders, even directly link to surveys and polls.

• Alerts pop up prominently on each app user’s device
• Attendees receive notifications as long as they have installed the app, even if it is closed
