Our membership consist of more than 600 members, including over 180 businesses, and over 100 Homeowner Association leaders representing several thousand households. We are one of 60 chapters in the nation.

CAI BayCen’s Reach: 

We represent community association homeowner volunteer leaders, professional managers, association management companies and other businesses and professionals who provide products and services to planned communities, cooperatives, and condominiums.

Our publications are distributed to 100% of our membership, including the largest homeowners associations in the area. The Communicator magazine receives bonus distribution at 20 annual chapter events.
