California Water Journal is a proud publication of the California Rural Water Association. The Journal is published quarterly and features financial, managerial, and technical industry related articles. Distribution includes all CRWA members, all State Water Resources Control Board offices, the National Rural Water Association, all State Rural Water Affiliates, the California Special Districts Association, State and Federal Legislators, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the United States Department of Agriculture.
