TUESDAY NIGHT KICK-OFF RECEPTION
BEVERAGE SPONSOR – (SOLD) Sponsor the beverages for the Kick-Off Reception for all NYSAFC volunteers and staff. Includes two reception tickets, a “Sponsored by” sign (22” W x 28” H) placed at the bar, a second sign (22” W x 28” H) at the front of the room, and special recognition from NYSAFC during the reception.

HORS D’OEUVRES SPONSOR – Sponsor the hors d’oeuvres for the Kick-Off Reception for all NYSAFC volunteers and staff. Each table will have a “Sponsored by” sign at the center, plus sponsors will receive special recognition from NYSAFC during the reception.

INDIVIDUAL OPPORTUNITIES
THURSDAY HAPPY HOUR FOR ATTENDEES & EXHIBITORS – (Exclusive) Sponsor the Thursday Happy Hour from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. located in the main lobby of The Oncenter. Beverages and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Sponsor’s name will be included in social media promotion before and during the event. Sponsor’s name will be included in multiple announcements at the event 1hr, 1/2hr and beginning of event. Sponsor name and logo will be included in the announcement in the NYSAFC FIRE 2023 Program Guide promoting the Happy Hour. Sponsor logo and name will be included on a sign at each bar (22”W x 28”H).

WI-FI SPONSORSHIP – (Exclusive) As the official and exclusive Wi-Fi provider at FIRE 2023, your company will receive recognition in printed and online event materials including the NYSAFC FIRE 2023 Program Guide and registration confirmation. Name of sponsor will be the network password – limited to 8 characters (ideally 6 or less). Wi-Fi sponsor name and password will be provided in the confirmation sent to all pre-registered attendees.

BLOCK PARTY DRINK TICKETS – (deadline to order April 20) Be everyone’s hero and sponsor drink tickets for the FIRE 2023 Block Party! Sponsorship includes tickets for complimentary soft drinks or beer (not mixed drinks). The party is from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday night on S. Warren Street in front of the Marriott Syracuse Downtown. You will be able to distribute drink tickets to customers and potential clients on Thursday and Friday from your Exhibit Space. A sign/banner with all Block Party Sponsors will be displayed during the Block Party.

SPECIAL TRAINING PROGRAMS & MEETINGS
EMS EDUCATION ROOMS – (SOLD) Put your name in front of everyone who attends any of the 9 EMS CEU programs held on Wednesday and Thursday at The Oncenter. NYS FIRE COORDINATORS MEETING – (SOLD) Thursday, June 15, 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Put your name in front of everyone who attends the New York State Fire Coordinators Meeting by having your product or service information handed out to all attendees at their seats. STATE STREET WINDOW CLINGS – (Limited to 4 sponsorships) Your presence will be seen inside with a single-sided window cling facing the Main Lobby. The clings are 6’ wide by 8’ high. CONFERENCE CENTER EXHIBIT HALL WALL BANNER – (Limited to 2 sponsorships) Reinforce the presence of your booth with this 15’ wide x 20’ high banner on one of the backdrops in the upper-level exhibit hall. Two banners/sponsorships are available. This allows you to advertise your products as well as include your booth number for the extra exposure all companies desire.

CONFERENCE CENTER LOBBY CLINGS – Floor clings provide another great opportunity for your logo to be in front of attendees before they reach your booth. Registration Entrance 2’ round clings (four total) will direct attendees to the Box Office/Registration Area. Registration Walkway 3’ round clings (eight total) will lead attendees to the upper level exhibit hall. Downstairs Education and Meeting Rooms Walkway 3’ round clings (eight total) will direct attendees to the education and meeting rooms.
