NAHMA 2024 Communities of Quality (COQ) Awards

The sponsorship opportunity is limited to two companies, at the package price listed above, and provides outstanding exposure throughout the COQ Awards program year, which runs from spring 2024 through spring 2025. Both sponsors will receive the following:
2024
April 2024
- The annual COQ Awards brochure is released with sponsorship acknowledgment (20,000 copies printed; 10,000 mailed in spring distribution)
- NAHMA’s COQ Awards webpage is updated with acknowledgment of sponsorship (10,000 views monthly)
- Hyperlink to sponsor is provided at the NAHMA COQ Awards webpage
May/June 2024
- NAHMA issues a press release announcing the COQ Awards, along with sponsor acknowledgment in the second or third paragraph, and ID
the paragraph at end of release (circulation of approx 1500) - NAHMA News carries the press release copy announcing the COQ Awards (circulation to approx 16,000)
September/October 2024
- An additional COQ Awards update article is run in NAHMA News (circulation of approx 16,000)
- A follow-up press release (COQ Awards application deadline reminder press release including acknowledgment of sponsorship similar to May/June release)
(circulation of approx 1500) - The COQ Awards brochure is mailed out again (20,000 copies printed in spring; 10,000 sent in fall distribution)
October/November 2024
- An additional press release (COQ Awards application deadline reminder press release including acknowledgment of sponsorship) (circulation of approx 1500)

January 2025
- Acknowledgment of sponsors in all announcements of award winners, including press release, NAHMA website and NAHMA News article
March 2025
- Acknowledgment of sponsorship in signage at the awards luncheon in Washington, D.C., and in PowerPoint presentation that accompanies awards
presentation - Representatives from both sponsors will be invited to make introductory remarks at the annual COQ Awards luncheon (attendance by 200 affordable
housing management company CEOs and senior staff)
