On Floor Meeting Rooms
We are excited to announce the launch of a new exhibitor meeting room program that is designed to enhance the Exhibitor On Floor Meeting Room Complex that was launched in 2022. For 2024, exhibiting companies have 3 options to choose from:
- Exhibitor On Floor Meeting Room
- North Hall Meeting Room
- Affiliate Space at Participating Hotel
Exhibitor Meeting Rooms are private suites or demo areas centrally located directly under the exhibitor hall, a short escalator ride away. A reception area is included for you to wait for your guests to arrive or to just have a seat and charge your phone. Catering, audio, visual, or any additional services must be ordered separately.
- Must choose the meeting room size and furniture package.
- The cost is for Tuesday – Thursday access.
North Hall Meeting Rooms: A limited number of meeting rooms in the North Hall (near Hall A) are available for daily reservations. Rooms come with a standard meeting set. Catering, audio, visual or any additional services must be ordered separately. Rooms average 5,000 square feet. Rental cost: $5,000.
Hotel Meeting Rooms and Hospitality Suites: With over 18 hotels in the T&D room block, there are many opportunities to host a hospitality event or meeting. IEEE PES does not charge exhibitors for permission to host meetings at the official hotels, but a meeting room request form must be completed and approved by show management prior to confirming with the hotel.
