MAY 4-7 2026 | ALEXANDRIA, VA | 50+K-12 State EXECUTIVES
The State Executive Directors’ Professional Development Conference is a premier event underwritten by the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) and the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP). It brings together executive directors and senior staff from state affiliates, NASSP, and NAESP to focus on the unique challenges of association management.
Attendees lead organizations that advocate for K-12 public school administrators, managing associations ranging from single-person operations to teams of 40-60 with budgets of $4M-$6M. While deeply connected to public education, this conference is dedicated to enhancing leadership, strategy, and operational excellence in association management.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we operate a paperless conference—presentation materials will be available digitally, with limited printed copies as needed.
